13-year old filed a Case Against a Unknown Boy

A 14-year-old school girl filed a case against a youth who has been blackmailing her on social media. The 13 years old boy recorded her salacious video and started blackmailing her on social media. The police have sent a notice to him as saying it is his first offence. He asked to be present at the children’s court during the filing of the chargesheet.

According to the police, the complaint was registered in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai. The girl said that she became a friend with him on social media during the lockdown. She accepted his friend request and didn’t know about him. The request came from an unknown user, said the girl. Both started chatting and accidentally became friends, but the girl was unaware of his identity.

Boy and girls started to play the game of truth or dare in the lockdown. During the game, the boys asked her to show her strip on the video call through an App. Without informing her, he started the video recording on his handset.

According to the investigators, the boy was using the high-end smartphone to record as the screen recording option is available in selected phones. The boy was all aware of it. After this, the unknown boy didn’t stop at this, In their next convo, the boy started blackmailing the girl with this obscene video. He intimidates that he will viral this video on social media if she will not accept his demands.

After these obsessive demands, the girls were shocked by his demands. On some more occasions, he strips on the girl after which she blocked him on Instagram. The boy sent this video to his one friend. That boy also blocked him on social media and told about this to the girl who finally reached the police to file a case against the boy.

After tracing him by IP address, it revealed that the boy lived in the same suburb and study in the same school. After this incident, the boy’s parents get shocked. They told to police that the boy spent his all-time in the room during the lockdown.
