A Madrasa teacher(36 years old) was arrested in Pune for allegedly stalking a woman and her daughter.
As per the report, the accused, named as Mansoor Chandulal Inamdar, was stalking 54-year-old woman and her daughter.
The victim woman filed a complaint that she and her daughter went to market to purchase some items for their parlour and when they returned, they saw Inamdar standing outside their shop.
Later, when the two were heading back to their residence in an autorickshaw, Inamdar allegedly followed them on a motorcycle. The FIR stated that the accused also followed the daughter of the woman when she had gone to the market alone.
Inamdar, upon confrontation, said that do whatever you want to do.
An FIR was registered in this case. The police arrested the accused Inamdar for charge under Section 354 (D) (stalking) of the Indian Penal Code.
