918kg of Khichdi Enters to Guinness Book of World Records!

Today is one of the happiest and awesome day for the Indian history. As you all know that since very long time Indian people are eating “Khichdi” and it is totally Indian invention. I am sure that if you are an Indian then you are very well known for this Indian dish which is very popular among the Indian people since very long time. India on Saturday registered its name at the Guinness Book of World Records for making ‘largest serving of rice and beans’ after preparing 918 kgs of Khichdi in New Delhi.

You all know that Indian dish “Khichdi” is very popular among the people and it is very great news. I am sure that you all are going to love this news because of the great work out of Indian people and government towards this very great day. The experiment was successfully conducted by the team of Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Baba Ramdev. Earlier during the day, the 918 kgs of Khichdi with ‘tadka’ by Yoga guru Baba Ramdev was distributed among the 10,000 under-privileged families of Delhi.

You can say that this is very great and awesome step by the Indian people and Baba Ramdev chose this opportunity to use his Patanjali products, 500 gram of cumin seeds, 25 kgs of Ghee and 1 kg of turmeric, for the ‘tadka’. You can say that this step is very great and inactive step by the Indian people. You all may think that this is not good but it’s awesome.

We wish that in upcoming days youth will understand the importance of “Khichdi”. The rice and lentils dish was prepared by renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor at the World Food India 2017. The event was organized by the Ministry of Food at the India Gate lawns.
