Latest to join this wagon is Realme 1 by Oppo which is being exclusively sold by Amazon offering amazing software experience with powerful specifications.

It is in competition with the handsets like Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Honor 10 Lite. Today we will be comparing these three handsets on the basis of their specifications, price and features, it would be fun to watch which one of the handsets steal the show.

Price:

Indian market is price sensitive and this is the reason why company focuses on bringing the handsets which suits the pocket of the mid segment. Collating the price of these three handsets, this is what we have:

Realme 1: It is available in three variants:

3GB RAM with 32GB of memory on board (priced at INR 8,990)

4GB RAM with 64GB of ROM (priced at INR 10,990)

6GB RAM with 128GB of storage (priced at INR 13,990)

Redmi Note 5: It is available in two variants:

3GB RAM with 32GB of ROM (tagged at INR 9,999)

4GB RAM with 64GB of storage (tagged at INR 11,999)

Both these variants are available exclusively on Flipkart as well as Mi stores

Honor 9 Lite: It is available in two variants:

3GB RAM +32GB of onboard storage: INR 10,999

4GB RAM + 64GB of ROM: INR 14,999

Display:

Talking about the display, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 boasts 5.99” of Full HD Display with 18:9 aspect ratio and screen resolution of 1080X2160p.

Realme 1 on the other hand is bit larger and comes up with 6” Full HD IPS LCD Display offering screen resolution up to 2160X1080p and pixel density of 403ppi. Honor 9 Lite is the one with smaller display i.e 5.65” Full HD display with screen resolution of 1080X2160p aand 18:9 aspect ratio.

Processor:

As we have mentioned above, Realme 1 is available in three variants and all three are powered by Mediatek Helio P60 Octa core processor. Xiaomi Redmi 5 on the other hand is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 chipset. It also includes Adreno 506 to proffer rich graphic experience. Honr 9 Lite runs on Kirin 659 Octa core processor.

Expandable storage is available in all the three handsets but only Honor 9 Lite and Redmi Note 5 comes with Hybrid SIM slot.

Camera:

Realme 1 boasts 13MP of rear camera with 8MP of front snapper. It’s rear lens features AI capability which can detect scene and also add more depth to the portrait shots, a feature which is generally provided by dual camera set ups.

Redmi Note 5 includes 12MP of shooter at the rear camera with dual tone LED Flash. For selfie lover, it is loaded with 5 MP front camera and LED Flash. Honor 9 Lite comes with quad camera set up, there is 13MP of camera at the back to click pictures and videos while additional 2MP of snapper allows you to have bokeh effect in your photos just like you have in DSLR. Huwaei has provided these effects on both front as well as back which means you can have your selfie as well with Bokeh effect.

Battery and Connectivity:

All the three smart phones supports connectivity options like dual SIM slot, 4G with VO LTE service, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and GPS. Oppo Realme 1 gets its power from 3410 mAh battery capacity while Redmi Note 5 runs from whopping 4000mAh battery backup.

Honor 9 Lite uses 3000mAh power support to run all day long.
