Now, its all over for Champions League Twenty20 league’s. Because governing council on Wednesday informed that it is being closed. Governing Council of CL T20 includes BCCI, Cricket South Africa and Cricket Australia. After that they all decided to close Champions League T20 tournament from cricket. The Champions League Twenty20, also referred to as the CLT20, was an annual international Twenty20 cricket competition played between the top domestic teams from major cricketing nations. Champions League to be played in September-October 2015, but has now been canceled. Champions League was launched in 2009, the BCCI, Cricket Australia and Cricket South Africa. This tournament is getting close because of the limited public were watching this format of cricket that’s why Governing Council take decision to close this league is the best decision.

BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur said, “It was a difficult decision.

It was a great platform for players around the world. People also enjoyed plenty of it in the last six seasons. ”

“The popularity of the field in the Champions League was not as much as we had planned, it was unfortunate.” All commercial partner after the meeting make this decision.
