Ayodhya dispute case: Supreme Court adjourns hearing to January 2019

If you’ll ask somebody from North India about the Ayodya matter then he/she might have the opinion about it, but the Supreme Court of India is taking all the time they need. You all should know that the Supreme Court has adjourned till the January the hearing of a clutch of pleas challenging the Allahabad High Court’s 2010 judgment. You all may know that in 2010 Allahabad High Court has announced a verdict in which the disputed land on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid site in Ayodhya is divided into three parts.

Overall, after that the verdict was challenged at the Supreme Court were we have seen that the issue will come up before the appropriate bench in January. Yes! Also, the people who were waiting for the result should know that there is no decision was taken on Monday on the date of the hearing and the composition of the bench. The whole thing will take more time and the court isn’t looking for any hurry. You all may know that the Supreme Court declined to revisit the observations in its 1994 judgment that a mosque is not integral to Islam.

Also, in a majority verdict of 2:1, the apex court bench headed by former Chief Justice Dipak Misra said the Babri Masjid-Ram Janmabhoomi civil suit has to be decided on the basis of evidence and the previous verdict has no relevance to it. Also, he said that the matter should take it easy and the whole thing is really should be taken as maturity despite of showing the immature behavior.

You all should know that the Justice Ashok Bhushan, who read out the judgment on behalf of the then Chief Justice of India and himself, said it has to find out the context in which the five-judge had delivered the 1994 judgment.  Overall, the reports are coming that the Court has moved it to the September 27 and then on they said that it would be heard by a three-judge bench on October 29, but now they have moved it again.
