ISRO Notification 2019: Eligibility Criteria
All the aspirants who want to apply for the offered post by ISRO should be a Graduate in any discipline from any recognised Indian University/ Institution.
Also other candidates who can apply for the posts must be an appropriate Officers from All India Services or Central Services Group-A, who are holding similar posts on regular basis or else having 8 years of service in the Junior Administrative Grade (comprising services, if any, in the Non Functional Selection Grade) or else having 17 years regular service in Group-A posts from this also at least 4 years regular service must be in Junior Administrative Grade.

As far as the age limit is concerned, then it shall not exceed more than 58 years of age.
