A Heart Sobbing News for Shooting Sports Fraternity Sippy Sidhu, a national level shooter was found dead in a park in Chandigarh. His body was fully riddled by Bullets. The Body was Found from Chandigarh’s Sector 27 Park Around 11 PM on Monday Night. According to Police, a Phone call received by the police that a dead body was lying in the Sector 27 Park, after that call police reached at the spot and after hours of verification the body verified as Sippy sidhu, the former National Level Shooter.

After that Shocking news, a Fear wave was Spread all over in Shooting Fraternity. the police starts investigation, the motive behind the murder is still unknown. Chandigarh’s SP Sukhchain Singh Gill said that it was the case of murder and police were investigating it. He Also Said that “His body was found at around 11 00 pm on Sunday night in the Sector-27 park. He was probably shot dead at around 10 15 pm His body has two or three bullet injuries”.

Rajiv Bhatia(National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) secretary) also makes a Statement and Said That “This is very shocking and I came to know about today only. He was a young shooter,”.

London Olympic bronze medallist Gagan Narang immediately left for Chandigarh from Delhi to attend Sidhu’s funeral after hearing that news.

Rifle shooter Shimon Sharif said that  “It’s a great loss to shooting sports and to me personally. Sippy was a close friend. He had the passion to promote sports in India. He was working very hard in the field of sports promotion and development and surely had a very bright future”.

Commonwealth Games gold medallist Sameer Ambekar said that “This is very shocking for me, he was very friendly and full of life,”.
