A minor age girl who was just 12 years old was found in Uttar Pradesh’s forest. She was found by the family members in the Purandarpur area of Maharajganj District which is located in UP. The matter comes to the headlines when the family members of the girl informed the police authorities about the incident.
12-year-old girl’s body found in forest
The family members told the police that the girl’s body was found in the forest less than 600 meters from Purandarpur, where she lived. She was the elder of three sisters.
As per the report, the girl’s mother went to cut grass in the nearby forest on Monday noon and she asked her daughter to bring the bicycle from the house to take the fresh grass back home. According to the family members the girl went from the house by bicycle in the evening but she didn’t come back.
Then, all the family members and other villagers starting the search for the missing girl. Then, they found her slippers and bicycle, they got worried and entered inside the forest. Then, the report was registered in the nearest police station but they could not locate the body. The next morning, the villagers found the body and informed the police. Also, the dog squad reached the spot and found the matter.
The body of the girl was sent immediately for the post-morterm. The Superintendent of Police, Pradeep Gupta told,” The body of the dead girl was found in the forest of Purandarpur area on Tuesday morning and the case has been registered in the police station. The investigation is underway. The crime is so monstrous crime, then strict action will be taken. The punishment will be given to the culprits under NSA”.
The case has been registered and the case filed against unknown person sections 376, 302, and 363 of the IPC part from section 5 and 6. Strict action will be taken by the police and courts for these culprits.
