A piece of shocking and breaking news comes straight from the B-Town industry where one of the most popular and talented controversial queen actress named Kangana Ranaut’s personal bodyguard named Kumar hedge accused in a rape case and for which the Mumbai police have registered an FIR against him at the DN Nagar police station. The rape case was filed to Kumar hedge by a 30-year-old beautician who has claimed that Hegde who guaranteed to become married to her has raped her. This is not the first time when Kangana’s name comes in the headlines and mostly she is in controversy with her straight words and through her several posts which she posted on her official social media handles which is quite provoking to the readers where some of them support her while some of them abuse her. One more time her name comes in the headline but this time her bodyguard is in the headlines in the rape case.
As per the latest information and reports from our sources in the FIR, the victim girl said that Mr Hegde pledged to marry her in the month of June last year. Later, he tells her to be with him in the live-in relationship and she accepts it by thinking that he will marry her soon.
According to reports, the case has been filed against him by a beautician who is based in Mumbai’s Andheri area. As per her statement, Kumar and she knew each other for 8 years and after he proposed to her for marriage in June 2020, the two were in a live-in relationship.
The woman has filed an FIR against Kumar in DN Nagar Police Sation on May 19 where she accused him of cheating, rape and more.
As per the woman, Kumar allegedly asked her to live together and that they will marry in 3 to 4 months. Later the accused got physically involved with her and even allegedly showed her pornographic content and duped her to have unnatural s*x with him.
As per the complainant, on April 27, Kumar asked for Rs 50,000 from her by telling her that his mother passed away and he needs to visit his hometown. And when she gave him the money, he flew to Karnataka which is his hometown and ever since he is not reachable.
Later on May 11, the woman got a call from Kumar’s friend who said that he cannot meet anyone and is going to marry someone else. Also, the beautician received a call from Kumar’s mother who told her that she was against their marriage as the two don’t belong to the same cast.
As per senior inspector Bharat Gaikwad, the matter is under investigation. However, there have been no arrests made as of now.
According to a report, they knew each other for 8 years. In the complaint, she further added that she refused to have a physical relationship but he forced her into it. DCP Chaitanya, spokesperson for the Mumbai police confirmed, “Yes an FIR has been registered at DN Nagar police station. The police are investigating the case. The victim also alleged that the accused also borrowed 50,000 rupees from her saying that his mother was unwell and he had to leave for his hometown and since that time is unreachable. The case has been registered under sections 376, 377, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and is currently under investigation.
