It is a deadly incident in Lauderdale County of Alabama where a man from the city has been undercharged for attempting murder six times on the last Wednesday, May 26, 2021, in the morning. The man was known as Kyle Seeley and he was charged for attempting murder on three children and an adult with the heavy deadly weapon at his own home. An incident happened on Wednesday where Kyle Seeley tried to kill his three children under the age of 10 and an adult brother of his family members. The incident took place at his own home on County Road 57, Underwood-Petersville Community. Now, the probation has been abrogated now.
Who Is Kyle Seeley?
According to the reports, it has been claimed that Kyle Seeley attempted to murder his own children by using a machete. Well, the Sheriff also told that they have 12 warrants to arrest Kyle for doing crime in Lauderdale County and Florence as well. On the other side, the Police chief of Florence, Ron Tyler claimed that they have almost 10 warrants against Seeley with many charges including the use of the drug, public violence, and many more.
The investigation behind this incident is underway and it could happen that “Family Disputes” can be the main reason behind these factors. The police also told that the parents of Seeley were also available at the time of the incident and they snatched the machete from him. So far it has not been proved who was available during the incident.
The brother of Seeley and his two children were brutally injured in this attack and they have been taken to the hospital. While his brother was taken away by the airlifting. Now, the police sharing that the children are in critical condition but they can survive.

The Sheriff of Lauderdale, Mr. Rick Singleton cleared that Kyle Seeley stopped himself behind the home of the building where the incident took place. According to the official reports, he hid himself in the shed of the backyard after attempting murder on his children and brother. While the report added that all the children were under the age of 10 and one child was just 3-years-old.
After this incident, the SWAT team of the Florence Department tried to convince him to surrender himself to them but he did not take that seriously and refused to do this. Later, the SWAT team threw gas inside the building so that he would come out of its effect, but Kyle tried to run away from there, said the town Sheriff. While the team of police and SWAT team managed to arrest him behind the building. Later, he was being taken into custody. it took the police about 3 to 4 hours to catch Kyle.
