The bodyguard of the popular Indian actress Kangana Raut is accused of cheating on a lady and even forced her to be in a sexual relationship with him on the promise of marrying her in the future. As per the reports, the name of the bodyguard is said to be Kumar Hegde. After the victim filed a case against him, the Mumbai police went over the place of Hegde and arrested him from Heggadahalli, Mandya in Karnataka. As per the statement given by one of the police officials, the accuser forced the victim into a relationship in the name of marriage.
It was not like that the victim was naive or something, it was just that she blindly trusted the guy whom she has known for eight years and therefore, she trusted him blindly. As per the statement given by the victim, he molested and sexually abused her on the ploy of marriage, which was a total scam. Also, the victim lent him an amount of Rs. 50,000, however, she did not know that he will use that money to fly off from Mumbai to his local village. She further stated that Hedge promised to marry her by the end of June 2021 and thus, he proposed a live-in relationship.
At first, the victim quickly denied his plea, but later, he sugar-coated things and tried to manipulate her by giving him false promise. The victim finally gave in to his request, but she put on the condition that she would not involve in any kind of sexual intercourse with him. Initially agreed, but later he started to show up at the victim’s place and forced her into a sexual relationship. Later, on 27th April 2021, the accused person borrowed cash from the victim and quietly run away to his local village in Karnataka.
However, one day when the victim called her mother, she got the most shocking piece of news. She got to know from her mother, that Hedge is tying a knot with another girl. Thereafter, the victim filed a complaint against him in the Mumbai Police station. The Police went all the way to the accuser’s village and took Kumar Hedge under their custody. The Police has registered a case under him under the several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including section 376, 377 and 240 and is charged with molestation, sexual intercourse and cheating.
