According to the statement of the police officials, the 26-year-old tow truck driver named Seth Newton, was out of his truck working to remove a disabled vehicle and then suddenly, he was hit by a westbound SUV that veered onto the median and later, the two drivers was pronounced dead at the scene near the Phillips 66 gas station and on the other hand, the driver of the other SUV named Gary Vondrasek of age around 86 years old of Lebanon was brought to a local hospital where he declared dead by the doctors.
