The accident happened at around 11.10 AM on Sunday and the emergency services were called to the Princes Highway near Birdwood Street after they received a call that a Toyota Corolla and Honda HR-V had crashed in the southbound lane. The accident was too serious and harsh and the woman who met with the accident got seriously injured and lost her life before reaching the hospital and the doctors declared that she passed away and died at the spot.
According to the statement of the police officials, it is stated that the passenger of the Toyota Corolla, who was a woman of age around 40 years old was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics but died at the scene. The driver of a similar vehicle was treated before being taken to the hospital for mandatory testing and the driver of the Honda HR-V was also treated at the scene and taken to the hospital for mandatory testing.
