As of now, the police have neither confirmed any injuries due to the Bay Plaza shooting attack nor confirmed the arrest of anyone for the surging shooting in the Bay Plaza Mall on Saturday, June 4, 2022. The Police department of Bronx has shared that the Bay Plaza shooting incident was not real but it happened due to the same rumour that created a stampede in the Kings Plaza Mall on the same day.
According to the Bronx Police Department, no shooting occurred in the Ba Plaza Mall but the sound of firecrackers created discontent among the people present in the discussed mall as they thought that someone started shooting in the Bay Plaza Shopping Mall. People are getting confused because of the viral video of this mall therein police and the mall staff are helping people to empty the mall.
