India Cricket Team ODI Captain MS Dhoni Faces a New Trouble after the IPL Controversy, Anantpur Court of Andhra Pradesh issued a Non-Bailable Warrant for his Controversial Magazine Cover Posing as Lord Vishnu in 2013. The Story Starts in 2013 when a Social Activitist , Jayakumar Hiremath sue MS Dhoni for Hurting the Hindu Sentiments, after that a Case was Registered against MS Dhoni for “denigrating” Hindu God under IPC Section 295 and 34.

The Cricketer Released a Statement in his Defence that he Didn’t Pose as God “I haven’t received any remuneration/goodwill or money for the news article or for usage of my picture on the cover page or anywhere else. Neither have I posed for the picture which was published in the magazine on April 14, 2013,”

The Case Gone to Karnataka High court in August 2015 where The Court said “A celebrity and a cricketer like Dhoni should know the consequences of hurting religious sentiments of people. He should have known the consequences of doing such ads.”

As Per Reports, Today Court issues a Non-bailable warrant against Dhoni and asked to appear in the Anantpur Court on 25 Feb 2016.
