It is the 18th G20 Summit and it is going to take place over the weekend at the newly built Bharat Mandapam, the IECC complex at Pragati Maidan. During the G20, all the Educational institutes, and public and private offices, including banks, in the city will be closed from 8 September to 10 September 2023. Recently, the Delhi Police shared a traffic advisory for travelers ahead of the G20 Summit in the national capital. The police assured that passengers traveling to the airport, New Delhi, and Old Delhi railway station may be expensive for them during that time period. The Delhi Metro also provides”Tourist Smart Cards” that will be available to buy at 36 stations from September 4 to 13.

- Recently, police shared a video related to this topic to assist the travelers who will travel to the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport) during the dates of the G20 Summit.
- In this video, they shared that “travelers use the metro services to reach the airport from their nearest metro station. Users need to visit the DMRC website then they can go anywhere in the capital city by using metro services”.
