Well, the way Sardaar Gabbar singh opened was good but it didn’t worked like they way makers wanted movie got nothing in his first weekend it probably because of the buzz of the Jungle book between audience.
I think movie has good story plot and Pawan Kalyan is having huge fans base. The movie opened to record breaking collections and on the United States, the movie is said to have collected nearly US $644,000 as opening. “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” has been created history in the Telugu cinema as no Telugu cinema till now has such a huge response.
Story based on-
I think the way movie opened was good and probably story can attract the people Sardaar Gabbar Singh is set in a dust-laden fictional town Rattanpur, somewhere in the border of Orissa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Chattisgarh, giving the makers the creative freedom to use a mix of dialects, architecture and textiles.
The gun-totting, unpredictable cop Sardaar Gabbar Singh is posted to this lawless town where the police station is a joke. In the initial portions, the film acknowledges that unforgettable villain character made immortal by Amjad Khan in Ramesh Sippy’s Sholay.
First weekend collection-
“Sardar Gabbar Singh” collected Rs. 48 crore gross at the worldwide box office on the first day. making it the biggest opener for Pawan Kalyan, beating the record of “Attarintiki Daredi.” The movie also smashed the opening-day record of “Srimanthudu” and turned the biggest Tollywood opener of all time after “Bahubali.”
But movie failed in collecting 100 Crore in first weekend from the worldwide because of the other Hollywood releases also i think Movie stuck in the collection of Rupees 78Crore after Tuesday and that so bad.
But the way this movie opened i think it took every eyes on him and the production related work in the movie is so good.
Now the main collections of the movie is depends on this weekend and it is expected to have huge one. Due to the fact, immense popularity of the leading man, apart from tremendous response from the public, and because of the positive mouth publicity.
