Tamil Kalam Movie 3rd Day Box Office Collection 1st Weekend Worldwide Report

The Tamil cinema, “Kalam” is the one of the most awaited movie of the year and the film is touted as a horror film so already the movie is having huge lime light. Horror cinema is something much loved genre in the Tamil cinema, so obviously “Kalam” is having huge attention from the movie lovers.

The movie “Kalam” had a grand release on last week, and till then the movie is yet winning the hearts of the audiences. Apart from the horror stuffs, in the movie there are lots of the actions and comics scenes available, so audiences did not get bored from the film.

On its first day the film “Kalam” collected Rs. 4.5 crores on its opening week in the entire Tamil Nadu. On its second day, the film received some slow feedback in the morning shows but holds its grip in the evening show.

The morning shows of the movie get a low occupancy of only 50% but after the noon shows movie back to the track and succeed in having a good market. In the evening shows the movie gripped to have 75% of occupancy and collected Rs. 4.32 Crores. So the expectation is saying that the film is yet to be the super hit movie.

On the weekend, the movie has managed to capture 85% of occupancy and with the positive feedback from the public, and critics penned the movie with good note managed to perform well at the box office.

On its third day, due to the Sunday weekend, “Kalam” collected R. 1.08 crore all around approximately. The movie “Kalam” has been directed by Robert Raaj for which the music was contributed by Prakash Nikki. Shrini is playing an important character in the movie, with Amzath Khan, Pooja Ramachandran and Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli who is playing other leading roles.

The film “Kalam” is having huge competing from “Manithan”, but still it is doing very well at the theatre and the positive mouth publicity and ‘WOM’ is having good response for the movie. It is seems, next week, the business of the “Kalam” will be affected as Suriya starrer “24” is all set to release next week.
