On Wednesday supreme court dismissed to ban a whatsAap and petition to ask a government. The plea, according to ANI, was filed a Haryana-based right-to-information (RTI) activist.
According to the petitioner, They not only ban the WhatsApp, they want to ban all the social networking messengers i.e. Hike, Viber, Secure chat and so on.
The petition asks that all messaging app , WhatsApp, hike, Viber, and telegram were easily helping terrorist to make their plans. Do criminal elements threat to our nationality to their activity and it should be ban. The defense agency of India has said that they did not tab the information of WhatsApp and conversation of terrorist.
From an earlier update, made by WhatsApp 256-bit message encryption, A Haryana-based Right To Information (RTI) the petition also said that the WhatsAap started every message enables to with 256-bit message encryption from April that cannot be broken into.
It can easily help the terrorist to treat our nationality easily . Any Terrorist or criminals can easily do chatting easily without any fear with 256-encryption.
In a modernizing in the April month , WhatsApp is proposed 256-bit encryption for providing it’s all users. Also, He said that was comparable to something the government ordered vis-a-vis BlackBerry as well.
According to the petition report’s, That WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption characteristic acts a security hazard to the country. A prime government court of Chief Justice TS Thakur and further Justice AM Khanwilkar has ordered the petitioner to request Telecom Disputes Establishment and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
The petition said, That the sharpened by RTI activist Sudhir Yadav says that WhatsApp and another messenger services disrupt preparations of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, and Information Technology which under Act, 2000 .
