CBI Arrested AAP Chief Kejriwal’s PS Principal Secretary in a Bribery Case

The Principal Secretary of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Rajendra Kumar was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) on Monday. Four persons along with Rajendra Kumar were arrested in a corruption case to the tune of Rs 50 crore.

An 1989 Batch IAS Officer of UT Cadre, Rajendra Kumar was called along with Tarun Sharma who is a deputy secretary in Arvind Kejriwal’s office. Three other private persons were also called for questioning at the CBI headquarters today in morning.

After being questioned for half a day, the CBI decided to place the two officers under arrest along with a close aide of Kumar, Ashok Kumar and owners of a private firm Sandeep Kumar and Dinesh Gupta.

RK Gowda who is a spokesperson of CBI said in media press conference that  allegations related to bribery and abuse of position is against them. Further probe is underway.

Manish Sisodia, Delhi Deputy Chief Minster, hit out at the BJP-led government at Centre and said that Delhi CM’s principal secretary arrested, deputy secretary arrested and additional secretary transferred – This is all done to paralyse the CM’s office.

He also added that Central government has now played very dirty politics by doing this. This is all a conspiracy.

Anything happens to Aam Aadmi Party, they blame only BJP-led Central Government. There is another no work left for the AAM Party.
