Expelled BJP leader Dayashankar’s wife accused of harassing sister-in-law

The beleaguered family of former BJP member and leader Daya Shankar Singh is now suffering the trouble from an unforeseen quarter. Daya Shankar’s wife Swati Singh is now being sued of attacking her own sister-in-law.

Asha Singh (Swati Singh’s sister-in-law) has blamed Swati of using force and dominate her under the undue influence and Kicking her out of their residence. Asha blamed Swati of practicing force on her and said that she had even lodged a FIR against her at the Ashiana police station in 2008 but her name was later removed from the charge sheet under the federal influence.

Asha got wedded to Swati’s brother Puneet Singh in May 2005 and less than the quarter time, Swati and other family members began teasing her. In her charge filed with the police on August 17, 2008, Asha blamed her mother-in- law, Asha Singh, Swati and her father in law, Virendra Kumar Singh for giving her threats to kill her and her child ever since then.

Asha, who now lives with her two siblings in Neel Mattha region of Lucknow, said that Swati threw her out of the apartment and got her brother wedded to another woman without getting an official separation. Asha, a commerce bachelor from Lucknow University, said that she would now go to the chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.

Just two days ago Dayashankar was also got arrested who was absconding from some allegations from a long time. The man who belongs to Buxar, Jharkhand. He was arrested at Sugar Mill Colony in Buxar by UP Police with the help of Bihar police. He was recently spotted just two days ago offering prayers at the famous Shiva temple of Deogarh in Jharkhand.
