Sammy’s Fan protest against his sacking as West Indies t20 Captain

The West Indies Cricket has been the controversy-prone in last one decade. They always make the headlines for their rough relationship with their own lads and as a result, many West indies superstars likes Chris Gayle, Andrew Russel, Dwayne Bravo and many more are  not playing International cricket for West Indies.

The WICB has again made the headlines when Darren Sammy who is the two times t20  world cup winning captain has informed his fans that the chief selector of WICB called him to inform that he is sacked as the t20 captain of West Indies.

This announcement by Darren Sammy caught the fire and his fans arrived at the Darren Sammy stadium to protest against the sacking of their star.

The incident took place on Tuesday when a bunch of fans held a protest outside the Darren Sammy Cricket Stadium. The fans got more angry as Sammy was even not included in the t20 Squad that are scheduled to play t20 series against the India in Florida.

Even, Darren Sammy’s father was at the Darren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia with all the other protesters. All the protesters were there for a peaceful protest as they denied to watch the third Test match between West Indies and India. Darren Sammy arrived there and asked all the protesters to support the West Indies team, that were playing India on Tuesday. Darren Sammy handled all the situation and also greeted his fans with autographs and selfies.

Meanwhile, Carlos Braithwaite has been named as the new T20 captain of West Indies team.
