The Facebook Messenger App is come with some latest version with the voice and video calling features for the Windows 10 OS . The voice and video calling features are now available on Widows 10 platform just like Android and iOS platforms.
Users could make voice and video calls by means of Facebook.com or the web version of Messenger, now they are allowed to make calls right from the app. The voice and video calling icon that is present at the top right corner of the screen in the Windows 10 app while chatting radiates green when the particular contact is active.
Users can also put a voicemail to the other end user in case if the user is not available to take up the call. This app also asks the user to rate the quality of the call after the call ends just like any other voice or video calling app.
A group calling feature in the app allows the user to call up to 50 people. A group calling feature was introduced to the Messenger app earlier this year. According to the reports of Venture Beat that currently, the group video calls are not working on the desktop version of the app, but the group voice calls feature is working on the desktop version of the app.
The voice and video calling features have not yet made their debut into the Windows 10 smartphones. It looks like the complete launch will take place by the end of this month.
