After Samsung & Apple, Reliance Jio 4G Lyf smartphone catches fire, company investigates

It’s often common when we figure out the buzz about smartphone getting explode. Earlier, Korea-based smartphone company, Samsung has called out their Galaxy Note 7 smartphones because of their explosion. It was followed by the Apple iPhone getting explode, and now, Reliance smartphones have joined this list as their LYF smartphone get to explode.

Recently, one of the user of the Reliance Lyf, Tanvir Sadiq tweeted with the picture of the exposed smartphone. Tanvir is a political secretary to the working president of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference and he took his Tweeter handle to share the image of his Reliance LYF smartphone catching fire as he tweeted “My family had a narrow escape today after @Reliancejio’s @ Reliance _LYF phone exploded and burst into flames.”

Tanvir even asked the people to use this smartphone cautiously and wrote on his tweeter handle that ” @reliancejio this is serious and needs to be looked into immediately and all such phones need to be recalled immediately @Reliance_LYF.”Meanwhile, the satisfying part about this case is that the official of the Reliance LYF smartphone responded immediately to the Tanvir and even assured him that they would resolve his problem and their team is engaged in finding out the reason for the explosion of their smartphone.

On the other hand, Omar Abdullah, former CM of Jammu and Kashmir tweeted and asked Tanvir about the family and assured that even he is not going to use his handset too.”

However, now it is interesting to see how LYF will respond to the explosion of their handset. Will Reliance also need to shut down the LYF smartphone like Samsung did with their Note 7 or it is juts a battery fault? Well, we all have to wait for the answers to all these questions after the initial investigation will take place on Tanvir’s smartphone.
