Heres are the Ways you can exchange your old notes with new Rs 500 and 2000 notes

Yesterday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi demonetised the Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes and has sparked off a nationwide confusion. People are in panic now and thinking that how we exchange our old notes of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000.

But, do not get panic, there is simple way to exchange your notes with the new one. On Wednesday, the Finance secretary – Ashok Lavasa tweeted an infographic depicting the procedure to exchange the old notes for new.

The infographic gives a complete understanding of the procedures involved and makes things really simple. It is very simple and easy procedure to exchange the illegal notes of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000. One have to go to post offices or banks branches with his one identity proof and the sum of money. You can exchange your money there in limit.

One can exchange Rs. 4000 per day through the post offices and banks and through the ATMs, one can withdraw Rs. 2000 per day. You can exchange your notes towards 10th November 2016 till 30th December 2016.

If any body can not deposit the money till 30th December 2016, they can deposit their money with the income tax return till 31st March 2017.
