Today, Hyundai India launched the new generation Tucson SUV in the country. In its third generation, the SUV has a price tag somewhere in the range of 20 lakh to 25 lakh (ex-showroom), the new-gen Hyundai Tucson will compete with the likes of Honda CR-V, Skoda Yeti, and SsangYong Rexton.

- Available in 2 petrol and 3 diesel engine options.
- An introductory price of Rs. 18.99 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the petrol 2WD and Rs. 21.29 for Diesel.
- The all-new Tucson will be available in 5 variants and 5 colour options.
- Engine options on the all new Hyundai Tucson include a 2.0-liter MPi petrol and 2.0-litre CRDi diesel four-cylinder mills.
- The petrol motor comes with Dual VTVT technology and is made of aluminum.
- The motor produces 153bhp 196Nm of torque.
- The diesel engine comes with VGT and makes 183bhp of power.

The all-new Tucson uses the Fluidic Design Sculpture 2.0 philosophy. The SUV has also achieved 5 Stars in the Euro NCAP crash tests. The SUV segment has boomed for Hyundai.
