Attacker Khalid Masson acted alone, the Metropolitan police said.
Deputy commissioner Neil Basu said: “Four people died and 50 were injured when Masood drove his car into people before stabbing an officer.
Detectives confirmed that the attack was over within 82 seconds.
Basu said- “We still believe that Masood acted alone on the day. We need to establish with absolute clarity why he did these acts to bring reassurance to London and to provide answers and closure for the families of those killed.”
On Saturday, Mr Ellwood said-“I apologise that I couldn’t do more for Keith Palmer who gave his life against terrorism.”
The Foreign minister-“I played a small part doing what I was taught and I am honoured to have been invited to join the Council.
Masood’s other victims were Aysha Frade, who worked at London college, Kurt Cochran a retired window cleaner and Leslie Rhodes from south London.
A 58-year man, who was arrested the morning after the attack, remains in custody and a 32-year woman remains on police bail.
Masood in the early 2000s was convicted of causing harm after cutting a man across the face with a knife.
