A group of trucks under military and armed force accompany came under fire from Boko Haram jihadists and the incident took place yesterday at Meleri village in Konduga district.

This place has been repeatedly crushed by Boko Haram attacks as per various reports. Five people, in this brutal, attacked which includes, four members of a militia force, and this incident actually carries forward by the Boko Haram jihadists in Nigeria.

The northeast Nigerian Borno state, pot after the suicide attacks in the area killed 28, local people told AFP. This entire incident took place at the Meleri village in Konduga district Boko Haram attacks. “We lost our 4 colleagues and the driver of one of the trucks who faced this attacked actually from the frontline,” stated by the leader of a militia force fighting the jihadists Ibrahim Liman.

Two soldiers were also injured in the attack and the incident is being witnessed at the 27 kilometers (16 miles) from the Borno state capital Maiduguri, Liman told to media. The trucks were carrying sand to the town of Bama, 30 kilometers away, this was of the reconstruction works of the area which were going on since a long time.

Actually, it is the same area which was under reconstruction since this area was totally destroyed perished by Boko Haram when Boko Haram invaded the same two years ago, said another militia member Musa Ari. “The military and vigilantes in the convoy fought off the Boko Haram attackers but sadly we lost some members from our team post they killed in this incident,” Ari said.

Last week three female suicide bombers exposed themselves at the entrance to a camp for displaced people were very close to the Mandarari village on Tuesday, resulted in assassinations of 28 people and injured 82.

The place Konduga district is regarded as the safe haven for the Boko Haram movement and their terror acts. In spite of government hard work towards making the country Nigeria terror free land, yet Boko Haram is still very much active in this African country.

Last month, eight members of a civilian militia force were killed in another by Boko Haram attacked where the gunmen were hiding in trees outside Kayamla village in that specific area, while eight loggers were killed and their bodies burnt near the village and the incident took place on the previous time.

The eight-year quarrel by the Sunni jihadist group intended at establishing a hard-line Islamic Caliphate has left at least 20,000 people dead and banished 2.6 million, which is creating one of world’s major humanitarian catastrophe literally.

The violence has torn into neighboring Niger, Chad and Cameroon.
