Punjab: AAP MLA Naresh Yadav sent to judicial custody till August 1 by Malerkotla court, Punjab in a Quran Desecration case.
On 25th July, The Punjab police arrested Naresh Yadav from Delhi. The punjab police arrested AAP MLA Naresh Yadav from Mehrauli, Delhi because the accused had allegedly connection with sacrilege incident in Malerkotla on June 24 2016.
One of the acussed said that he had done sacrilege act at the order of AAP Legislator Naresh Yadav.
The Punjab Police had also arrested three men named as – Vijay Kumar, Nand Kishor Goldy and Gaurav. Vijay Kumar is related to Delhi. Vijay Kumar had claimed in Patiala that he did this at the order of AAP MLA Naresh Yadav.
