AAP Sex Scandal: Opposition demand Sandeep’s expulsion & Delhi police begins probe

New Delhi: On Friday, the opposition party demand the expulsion of AAP legislator Sandeep kumar on the sex scandal. AAP party already sacked Sandeep kumar from the ministry and the party.

The opposition further escalated its attack on the Delhi government after a day chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal sacked Sandeep kumar from his cabinet.

But the AAP MLA Sandeep kumar denied the allegations and said that he is a victim of conspiracy because he is a dalit.

Today, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police started a probe in the objectionable CD Case within hours of a BJP delegation meeting DP Commissioner Alok kumar in this regard.

The Delhi Police sources said that an investigation on objectionable CD, which surfaced yesterday showing Kumar in a compromising position with a woman, has been given to Crime Branch of Delhi Police on the order of commissioner of police.

Today, BJP party’s members Kumar and filed a complaint against the sacked AAP minister Sandeep Kumar, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia, accusing them of misusing their public authority against women.

The leaders of BJP also demanded legal action against AAP Conveyor Kejriwal and his deputy minister Sisodia for protecting the accused MLA of AAP Sandeep.

In a separate complaint filed with Anti Corruption Branch, BJP MLA OP Sharma and RTI activist Vivek Garg demanded a probe against the AAP legislator Sandeep Kumar.
