Aarushi Talwar Case – The mother of Aarushi, Nupur Talwar released from the jail on Monday night for 3 weeks to visit her ailing mother. Last week, the Allahabad High court granted parole to Nupur Talwar.
A division bench consisting justice B K Narayan and A K Mishra ordered to released her following her plea that she be granted parole because Nupur’s mother was very ill and all her others siblings were settled in abroad.
The high court granted the plea and saying that she may be on parole to take care of her mother until her siblings come back.
About Aarushi Talwar Case:
Nupur Talwar and her husband Rajesh Talwar were convicted for the gruesome killings of her daughter Aarushi Talwar and their servant Hemraj by the CBI court in the year 2013.
The couple was sentenced to life imprisonment by the court for the gruesome killing of her daughter.
The couple was dentist by profession.
Aarushi Talwar 14 years old was found dead at their Noida flat on 16th May, 2008. At the initial stage, suspected that their servant Hemraj killed Aarushi. A new twist came in the case after the dead body of their servant Hemraj was found two days later from the terrace of the same flat. The clinic assitants of the couple were also under the radar but no evidence was found against them.
In the beginning, the case was being investigated by the Noida police, but later the case was transferred to Central Bureau Investigation. The couple – Nupur Talwar and her husband Rajesh Talwar was found guilty of the murder her daughter Aarushi Talwar and was sentenced to life imprisonment after five years of investigation.
