The Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt receives 30-day parole for his daughter nose surgery. Now he will probably spend couple of days at the Yerwada Jail before the formalities are completed. The veteran actor of the tinsel town has convicted in the 1993 Mumbai blasts but now as per report he has been awarded a 30-day parole by Divisional Commissioner of Pune as the actor wants to be with his daughter for her nose surgery. She is undergoing a ‘nose surgery” in the coming days.

The application, seeking parole, was submitted by Dutt’s lawyer in July and was granted by the Divisional Commissioner S Chokalingam about two days prior. The actor might spend couple of days at the Yerwada Jail before the formalities are completed for his release on parole.
Under the rules, he may be granted for a 30-day extension beyond the 30 days period for which he has been granted parole.
Regarding the news, the Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison in Pune Uttam Pawar, said to the media “He may be released from the prison in a day or two. We are complying with the order passed by the competent authorities”.
The actor brought in the court at May 2013 after he surrendered before the TADA court. Since 2013 he is in jail but sometimes he receives parole when he require. Last year he also got parole to celebrate New Year with his family.
