Lucknow: On Tuesday, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav said that some officers have allegiance to other political parties in the state and they were creating hurdles in the implementation of the schemes of the state government.
At an infrastructure meet, he said that we have got some good and some bad officers. I know that some of our officers have allegiance to other political parties and they do not want the scheme to get implement.
He said that If dial 100 number becomes functional, then police will reach the spot within 10 minutes and it will become an example before the entire country.
CM Akhilesh said that we have a very good chief secretary. He will see who is sitting on the file. If the CM is standing behind him, he will clear the file.
The CM Akhilesh Yadav, attacking BJP which has been cornering the state government over the law and order issue, said that BJP want a debate on law and order in the state. But, they should look in their own states. They look so weak on the borders.
He said that I have attended army schools and many of my schoolmates are serving on the borders. The entire country knows what the situation on the borders is.
Akhilesh Yadav said that I have done a lot under training as I am new Chief Minister. My government will work with more transparency. We want to go among people on the basis of our work.
Referring to the ongoing ‘Tiranga Yatra’ of BJP, he said that while UP is poll-bound, the saffron brigade was taking out ‘yatras’. we unfurled the national flag on 15th August.
He also slammed on congress leader Sheila Dikshit as the Chief Ministerial candidate for the upcoming assembly polls and he said that Congress said it wants to project an upper caste as CM candidate.
Further he, attacking the media, said that it highlights Mathura and Bulandshahr rape incidents underlining the law and order problem in the state but it never gives prominence to what is happening in Haryana and Delhi.
He said that Media is only concentrating on Uttar Pradesh.
