The new Apple iPhone 7 smartphone – iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, are reportedly producing a ‘hiss’ sound when under load.
The faulty ‘hiss’ sound was first noted by Stephen Hackett of the 512 Pixel website while he was restoring his iPhone 7 Plus via iCloud. He claimed that the noise to be coming from the back of the device, potentially from the CPU.
Hackett, in a video posted on YouTube, tried to showcase that the sound gets worsened when the iPhone is put under load.
People on Twitter reacted on his video and saying that they have also experienced a similar problem.
Hackett has already filed a complaint to AppleCare, which he said has agreed to replace the phone.
But, Apple has not commented on the reports yet.
