Now, the consumers from India can purchase the AppleCare+, which is used in extending the warranty on Apple’s products. Along with that, the users can also access the trade-in program for getting a discount on any new purchases of hardware.
In this online store, the customers from India can get a range of products and services by Apple and the users can also go for the monthly instalments payment as well. As per to the reports, the company was planning to launch their online store in India in the month of September for which they were planning since the beginning of this year. It is also said that the company might be also planning to open their first physical retail store next year in India.
As of now, the company used to sell their products via its authorized retailers or else through the e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. However, the company is now directly going to ship all of its orders from the online store. And keeping coronavirus pandemic in mind, the customers will get the contactless delivery. The company also said that it is going to offer customers support to their users via chat or telephone, and will also let the users consult its specialist team members in advance of making any purchase from their online store.
