Apple With Foxconn is Testing Wireless Charging Modules For Future iPhone

According to several reports that Apple is planning significant changes and upgrades with its upcoming iPhone smartphone as the 10th anniversary of Apple iPhone flagship is marking in near future .

The wireless charging is among the numerous rumoured features of the next iPhone flagship. As per the report published by Nikkei, currently Foxconn is working with Apple on this feature to determine whether wireless charging could be offered with the next-generation iPhone.

Foxconn Technology Group is a Taiwanese multinational electronics contract manufacturing company headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Foxconn is the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer and the 3rd larget information technology company by revenue.

As per the report that the introduction of wireless charging capabilities is part of ongoing effort of Apple company to overhaul the iPhone design to increase the sales during the 10th anniversary of its iconic iPhone flagship.

The report also said that the new model has been widely dubbed iPhone 8, although Apple may christen it differently given the special occasion of its launch.

According to the report that Apple might not offer wireless charging on all models which will be part of the iPhone 8 series but only on select versions.
