Asian Indoor Games: Wrestler Bajrang Punia Wins Gold

Well, on the ninth day of the ongoing Asian Indoor and Martial arts games, India is doing a great performance. As per the reports, the Indian nation grabbed four medals till now. Also, one of the biggest news happened when wrestler Bajrang Punia who won the gold medal and everybody is excited. As per the reports, India is in 12th spot in the medals tall with six golds, seven silver, and 11 bronze.

Also, the sources are saying that Bajrang, the reigning Asian champion, beat Daichi Takatani of Japan in the men’s freestyle 65kg final to win the gold. Apart from his gold, India won three bronze medals as well. Everyone is talking about his great contribution and the way he fought the whole fight is quite amazing. We are sure that you all are going to love this whole game.

Wrestler Bajrang Punia Wins Gold

Even, Sheetal Tomar and Navjot Kaur won a bronze each in wrestling while Krishnan Sasikiran won a bronze in Chess. Sheetal grabbed bronze in freestyle -48kg category while Navjot was competing in freestyle -69kg class. Also, Krishnan won the medal in men’s standard individual chess.

After four medals on day nine, India drops one place to 12th spot in the medals tally with six golds, seven silver, and 11 bronze. Yes! Here, we aren’t saying that we don’t need more work but our players really played well till now. Turkmenistan continues to be at number one position with 79 golds, 58 silver, and 69 bronze medals. China and Iran are respectively at the second and third place.
