This is great news for the youngsters who want to join the police service in India. Lately, the Assam Police State Level Police Recruitment Board that is also known as the SLPRB has released an opening for the post of Sub Inspector in the Assam State Police Force. The SLPRB has announced the recruitment notification via an official notice on their official website, that is, slprbassam.in. As per the official notification released by the police recruitment board of Assam state, there is an opening for 320 posts. It is to be informed on a serious note that the registration has been already started in December 2021.
Now, people are wondering to know about the notice in detail so that they may apply for the same as soon as possible. The concerned recruitment board informed that the male and transgenders have the opening for 314 vacancies for the post of Sub Inspector (AB). The female candidates have only 6 openings for the post of Sub Inspector (AB).
Important dates; The registration portal was opened on 22nd December 2021 and the last date to apply for the register yourself for the same is 21st January 2022.

Pay Scale; The pay scale has been defined to be between Rs 14000 and Rs 60500.
Qualification; The applicant is required to be a graduate at least from any stream including Arts, Commerce and Science from any recognized college or institute that must be affiliated with any recognized University or any equivalent organization.
Age limit; As far as the age limit for a candidate for this post is discussed, it should be between 20 years and 24 years. The candidate age should neither be less than 20 years nor be more than 24 years.
Selection process; All the candidates need to pass a written examination, Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test and that too on a merit basis. No one can apply more than 5 times for this post. People from all the groups will not be given reservations in PST and PET. The selection will be on the basis of merit.
It is important to know for all the candidates with sports quotas must have represented the Indian or National team of Assam state. The players must have a certificate assigned by either the International Olympic Committee or the Indian Olympic Association to apply from the sports quota.
