On Tuesday, the BCCI confirmed that India will play two Twenty20 matches against West Indies later this month.
The two T20Is will be played on 27th August and 28th August 2016 at Central Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill, Florida.
Currently, India is playing a four match Test series in the Caribbean under skipper Virat Kohli against the West Indies.
Currently, India is leading the series 1-0 following their massive win against West Indies by an innings and 92 runs in the opening match at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.
The selectors of Indian cricket team are yet to announce the T20 team for the two T20 match series against West Indies. Limited-overs captain of India MS Dhoni is likely to take field after successfully leading an inexperienced side in Zimbabwe.
Earlier, India met West Indies in the shortest format of Cricket during the semifinal of World T20 2016, in which West Indies crushed India by seven wickets.
