By Replacing Satish Upadhyay, Bhojpuri actor turned BJP Lok Sabha MP from North-East Delhi Manoj Tiwari was appointed as the president of the BJP’s Delhi unit. National president of BJP Amit Shah has also appointed another MP Nityanand Rai as the chief of the party’s Bihar unit.
As per the statement that MP Manoj Tiwari will replace Satish Upadhyay as BJP chief with immediate effect.
BJP Lok Sabha MP Manoj Tiwari, 45, is the BJP’s prominent ‘purabiya’ face, who has a huge following among the migrant Bhojpuri-speaking voters from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh.
In his reaction to his promotion, Tiwari said that I would like to thank PM Narendra Modi for showing trust on a new party worker like me. I will try to fulfill my responsibilities.
Nityanand Rai, 50, is a Lok Sabha MP from Ujiarpur constituency, Bihar. Previously, the BJP Party’s Bihar unit was headed by Mangal Pandey.
