Well, Indian army is one of the most powerful forces in the world and they don’t wait for the reactions when anyone tries to harm the nation and people. As per the reports, Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) commander Mufti Waqas who was recently involved in the attack at Sunjuwan Army Station in Jammu was killed in a brief fight. Reports are coming that he was found in Awantipore area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday evening.
Also, the official said that the gunfight between him and Indian army took place today when he died. Also, the sources are saying that Special Operations Group (SOG) and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) launched the operation with Army’s 50 Rashtriya Rifles. Also, the sources are saying that the whole operation took place at Hatwar outside the highway town of Awantipore and about 35 kilometers south of summer capital Srinagar.
Even, Defence spokesman Colonel Rajesh Kalia said that the security forces laid siege to Hatwar following specific intelligence input about the presence of the JeM commander Waqas in the village. Overall, it is great news for the Indian army and nation and good message for the all terrorist who thinks something like that.

Waqas, a Pakistani national, was working as the outfit’s ‘Operational Commander’ in the Valley. Also, the reports are saying that slain JeM commander was involved in the recent terror attacks at the Sunjuwan Army Station in winter capital Jammu and a CRPF training center in Pulwama.
Even in an official statement police said that JeM commander Mufti Waqas alias Abu Arsalan was the “chief architect” of several terror attacks including on the District Police Lines Pulwama (August 26, 2017), Lethpora CRPF camp (December 31, 2017) and Sunjawan Military Station (February 10, 2018).
