BMW R 1250 GS Launch Date In India Features Specs Images Mileage Range & Images

Previously selling the brand new bike named, ” 2021 BMW R 1250 GS” in the international market, the top-most luxurious vehicle company, BMW Motorrad is all set to launch the same in the Indian market for sale. Also, it has been reported that the new bike that the company is planning to launch in India, is somewhat similar to the international variant and also the internal and external features of the India-bound R 1250 GS is also quite alike. Moreover, it has been revealed by the company that new bikes will be available for sale in two trims which include, R 1250 GS Adventure and R 1250 GS.

The company broke out the news of the arrival of R1230 Gs and GS Adventure on their official Twitter account and also unveiled some of the key specifications of the same too. Just like the international variant, the Indian version is also a shaft-driven system instead of the belt-driven system and will feature a massive fuel tank along with an exhaust system that will stern the sound and emission standards. In addition, there are split fashion seats in the bikes that will give you a lot more comfortable experience during the ride.

Apart from these, the motorcycle has a 1254 cc flat-twin liquid-cooled Euro/ BS 6-compliant engine that will generate a horsepower of 134bhp at a rotational per minute of 7,750rpm, and a torque peak of 6,250rpm. In addition to these, there is full-LED lighting fixing and a USB charging socket along with a colour TFT display that has Bluetooth connectivity. Furthermore, the new R 1230 GS and GS Adventure will come with three riding modes that include Rain, Road and Eco mode and there is also a hill-start control feature besides a traction control system limiting the risks of skidding.

Also, the company is offering an additional optional kit that will carry an automatic adjustable electronic suspension, an automatic hill-start control, dynamic brake assistance and heated seats. Besides, there are four Pro riding modes, including Enduro, Enduro Pro, Dynamic and Dynamic Pro and a brake engine control. The “BMW R 1250 GS” will have wheels made of alloy, whereas the “BMW R 1250 GS Adventure” trim will come with a tubeless tyre that is compatible with spoke wheels. As of now, the company has not made any announcement regarding the ex-showroom price and the launching dates of their brand new motorcycle in the Indian market, however, we will keep you updated, till then, stay tuned with us.
