The most popular and tremendous bike manufacturing company named BMW Motorrad is planning to expand the superbike lineup by launching the new bike named BMW S1000R BS 6-compliant in the market of India very soon. The 2021 S1000R model comes with minor changes in the skin of the bike which makes the bike more prominent and stunning in the look. On the front side, there is a LED headlight setup and this headlight replaces the previously fitted headlight of signature asymmetric while the headlamps of the bike carry the similar design which is in the 2021 BMW G310R and in F900R bikes. The other features and design of the bike are that it supports the remastered radiator covers with fuel container along with belly vessel. The rear side of the bike contains an important overhaul and now emerges to be identical to the S1000RR bike. The structure and swingarm of the bike are also mated with the S1000RR sports bike.

Apart from this, the bike comes with the connectivity supportive screen of 6.5-inch TFT which is enabled with Bluetooth-enabled and this feature is an improved display because in the previous model it is embedded with only a semi-digital unit. The bike also comes with the support of an electronics kit where it carries three modes as Road, Dynamic and Rain and also contains a traction control system, Hill Start Control and ABS Pro. Along with this, the other features of the bike are that it supports the engine brake control, Riding Modes Pro, Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) with the Power Wheelie control.

Talking about the engine of the bike then it contains the engine of Euro 5/BS 6-compliant 999cc with the cylinder of inline-four and also contains the liquid-cooled and the engine gives the rider a maximum power of 165bhp at 11,000 rpm while produces the peak torque of 114Nm at 9,250rpm. The bike is mated with the transmission speed of a six-speed gearbox and also contains an optional Shift Assistant Pro bidirectional quick-shifter.
