It looks like a storm has struck the Samajwadi Parivar and fell it apart as father Mulayam Singh has sacked his own son, Akhilesh Yadav from the post of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister for six years. The new has come to the surprise to the world whole on Friday late night as it was never expected that one Mulayam would sack hos own son.Mulayam Singh Yadav has also sacked Samajwadi Party general secretary and Rajya Sabha member Ram Gopal Yadav, which was considered to be the close and loyal of Akhilesh Yadav.
Mulayam Singh in an exclusive interaction with media wing said ” for the benefit of the party; we have sacked Akhilesh Yadav and Ram Gopal for the long period of six years from the party.”
He further added that ” for us, the party is important and we will take any step to save our party.”
With getting expelled by his own father, Akhilesh Yadav called for an emergency meeting on December 31, 2016, at 9:30 am. However, Mulayam Singh Yadav has asked all the workers of the party to not attend the meeting.
According to the reports, top leaders of the party have urged Mulayam Singh Yadav to revoke the expulsion of Akhilesh Yadav. Ram Gopal stated the sudden exclusion of him and Akhilesh Yadav as ““unconstitutional.”
Now, it is believed that the party may get separated into two troops and the war between father and son is inevitable.
Meanwhile, Ram Naik, Governor has said that he is keeping a close eye on the whole development and he could ask Akhilesh Yadav to prove his majority in next 72 hours. With the election date to be announced on January 3, 2017, it looks like one can except numbers of the surprising element in the upcoming weeks.
