BSNL Rs 1,699 Annual Scheme
Talking about BSNL scheme of Rs 1,699 , is an annual prepaid scheme of BSNL which is giving 2GB daily data with unlimited calling, 100 messages per day and unlimited caller tunes for a year. Even after the daily data consumption, BSNL is providing more data which can be used to the speed of 80kbps which exceeds the data scheme of Jio.
On the other hand, Jio is giving the annual plan of Rs 1,699 which offers 1.5 GB data daily on the same price. Jio is also giving unlimited calls, 100 messages daily and free access to My Jio app containing my Jio music, my Jio money, JioTV, JioCinema, JioMags and many other apps. Jio is providing extra data which can be consumed at the speed of 64kbps after the daily data consumption. Being an annual plan means that the total data will be 547.5GB for 365 days. In comparison, BSNL is providing all sums of 730 GB for 365 days while Jio is providing 547.5 GB for 365 days. So BSNL can take over Jio very easily through this scheme.
BSNL Rs 2,099 Annual Scheme
Now coming to the Rs 2,099 scheme, BSNL has announced 4 GB daily data which is double the scheme of Rs 1,699. After the daily data consumption, we can still use the data service at speed of 80kbps. This scheme is quite amusing as it is providing 1460 GB data for 365 days. It is giving free unlimited local, STD and national calls, 100 messages per day and access to unlimited hello tunes for the whole year.
Previously, people used to have recharge above Rs 400 in which they got 1 GB or 1.5 GB daily data for a month. But now, in 4-5 times less amount, people are getting 12 months tele services which are good news for all BSNL users.
BSNL’s Rs 1,699 trumps Jio’s Rs 1,699 annual plan including all the benefits regarding calling, messages, after data consumption speed and many more. In terms of talking benefits BSNL’s Scheme is better than Jio’s scheme. As now BSNL schemes are out it would be interesting to watch wheter these BSNL annual schemes might affect Jio’s annual schemes or not. For now, customers are fully aware of BSNL and Jio annual plans which they both have officially announced, so it is up to the user which one they will prefers the most.
