BSNL To Launch Rs 398 Prepaid Plan Calls and Unlimited Data Benefits Offers

The relaxation news for all BSNL users that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) recently terminated interconnection charges which are Jio providing all domestic calls with other networks free. Now, Government’s telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced new and exclusive news for the users. The BSNL said that they are dropping the fair usage policy FUP limit and making unlimited calls for new plan vouchers, STVs, and now, they are giving you unlimited voice calling benefit from the 10th of January, 2021.

The BSNL will soon announce the new more special tariff voucher worth Rs. 398 that will provide you unlimited calling with no FUP limit and unlimited data benefit. The new voucher contains free 100 SMS with 30 days of validity. The free SMS per day will be given to all the users and applicable in home and national roaming including the MTNL network area of Mumbai and Delhi. Under the benefit of Rs. 398 voucher-like SMS or Voice benefit can not access for outgoing premium numbers, any international numbers, and other shortcodes. The plan comes out under the TRAI’s new amendment order and it will be going live on the 10th of January, 2021. First, it is reported by Kerala telecoms services.

The BSNL said in a statement, “The competent authority has decided that the FUP limit of 250min / day for unlimited voice facility is to be removed by 10-01-2021 at the latest on all prepaid vouchers, including unlimited voice facility under GSM prepaid services and postpaid GSM services. Under is unlimited voice facility. Keeping all other terms and conditions equal”.

BSNL has provided the broadband plan priced at Rs. 499 for three months and this plan will be valid till March 4, 2021. Also, the BSNL has increased the post FUP speed broadband plans. The promotional plans have the same post FUP limits as before plans.

All broadband plans will be priced at between Rs. 500 and Rs. 600 will get 2 Mbps to post speed while the other price will start from Rs 651 and Rs. 799 will get 5Mbps speed. Also, some plans between Rs. 700 and Rs. 800 will get 5Mbps speed. While other plans of between Rs. 800 and Rs. 999 will get 10Mbps speed. The BSNL Bharat Fibre will offer you the price between Rs. 1000 and Rs. 1,499 will offer you 20Mbps of post speed.
