Bus Hijacked on Agra Highway 34 Passengers Were On Board

A 34 passenger privately-operated bus got Hijacked by the staff of financial firms at New Southern Bypass in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra on Wednesday (August 19) morning. According to the driver, in the early morning at 4:00 AM, a car stopped in front of the bus and some people stepped out from the car. They introduced themselves as finance firm staff. After stopping the bus they took it into their ownership. After this, we drive the bus and in between the journey they have to stop the bus at Dhaba and then they returned all the money of passengers and offer food for them.

After this, they stop the bus in the Etmadpur area where he asks the driver to leave the bus, and then the driver goes to Malpura Police Station to informed the incident to the police. As per the sources, the bus was found near Jhansi but authorities are not confirming it yet. The bus driver said in a statement that, conductor Rmla Vishal who lives in Resident Chandala, Gwalior, and helper Bhura’s phone were taken away by them. The staff of the finance company comes with two-car, one car was Xylo car whose number is DL12 AC2286. The driver doesn’t know about the second car. Ramesh tells that he was assaulted while sitting in the car.

The bus is of Kalpana Travels which is in Gwalior and the owner of the bus is Pawan Arora. Talking about the bus condition, the bus colour is yellow and many quotes are written on the bus. Ramesh tells that they returned his mobile and all the staff was wearing masks. The whole incident was done because of the non-payment of the loan taken by the owner of the vehicle. Bablu Singh, Agra SSP said a statement that “Three people from Gwalior filed a complaint today that the bus they were traveling in from Gurgaon to Panna was overtaken & seized by members of a finance company, that apparently financed the bus. A case is being registered, we’re investigating the matter”. Will update you if any further news about this comes around till then stay tuned with us.
