Delhi Blast Live Updates: Minor Explosion Near Israel Embassy No injured, Car Windshield Damaged

The minor explosion has happened near the Isreal embassy in Delhi on Friday evening. The incident took a place at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road which is near the Isreal embassy, Delhi Police said. As per the reports, there were no injuries reported at the spot of the blast windscreen

But, the blast impacted the three cars windscreen which was nearest. The CCTV cameras are being checked for the recent events near the spot. The forensic reports found the explosive samples near the incident. The police have reached the spots with fire extinguish and searching for any other shreds of evidence.

As per the official, the evidence was suspected as an IED which was wrapped up in a bag of plastic and left on the sidewalks. No injuries were found at the spot except the car windscreens damages around the spot.

According to the introductory reports, the Police Control Room got the incident report of a “Bomb Blast” at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road said deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Pramod Kushwah, reached the spot, the official said.

According to the officials, the incident took place about 150 metres from the Israel embassy. The exact location was found less than 2 KM from the Vijay Chowk, Beating Retreat Ceremony was held today. The Beating Ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind including many big politicians.

Except this, the security has increased around Israel embassy and NIA, Delhi Police Special Cell and Senior Police Authorities have reached the spot. Also, the Bomb Squad has reached there. It is not cleared that any terror organisation was found behind this incident.
