If you are looking for the Subordinate Services Selection Board’s recruitment notification about inviting eligible aspirants to apply online for the post of teacher (primary) under MCD then you are on a very right page. In case there are a large number of candidates, the board may shortlist the candidates for written examination on the basis of marks in qualifying exam (as per essential qualification given in RRs). Now, if we talk about the vacancies then we can say that total 4366 vacancies are out. Also, in education you’ll should have passed senior secondary (10+2) or intermediate or its equivalent from a recognised board/institution. Also, the two year’s diploma/ certificate course/ in elementary teacher education course/ junior basic training or equivalent or bachelor of elementary education from a recognised institution.
Some other things like, you should have passed Hindi as a subject at secondary level. Also, you should have passed English as a subject at secondary or senior secondary level. The age of the aspirants should be maximum 30 years. Relaxation in age will be provided as per the norms. Now, if we talk about the pay scale then we can say that the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 9,300 to Rs 34800, along with a grade pay of Rs 4,200.

Candidates who are from General / OBC category will have to pay Rs. 100/- via SBI bank by online mode only (Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking, etc.). Female/SC/ST/PH/ Ex-serviceman candidates are exempted from application fee.

DSSSB 2018 Syllabus :
As we all know, candidates should know about the full syllabus of examination for the preparation. With the help of syllabus, candidates can do preparation topic wise and if you want to get good marks then you should practice more and more for each topic.
Section-A:
(i) General Awareness: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s General Awareness of the environment around him/her and its application to society. The questions will be designed to test knowledge of Current Events and of such matter of everyday observation as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to History, Polity, Constitution, Sports, Art & Culture, Geography, Economics, Everyday Science, Scientific Research, National/International Organizations /Institutions etc.
(ii) General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability: The syllabus of General Intellegence & Reasoning Ability includes questions of both verbal and non-verbal types. Test may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship, concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc.
(iii) Arithmetical & Numerical Ability: The test of Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Data Interpretation, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs etc.
(iv) Hindi Language & Comprehension and English Language & Comprehension: In addition to the testing of candidate’s understanding and comprehension of the English and Hindi Languages, questions on its Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Synonyms, Antonyms and its correct usage etc. would also be covered.
SECTION B (Applicable only for one Tier Technical only)
Post specific subject related questions: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions on the subject concerned as per the qualification prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the post.
Two Tier Examination Schemes:
- Syllabus of TIER-I Exam will be same as of One Tier exam.
- Syllabus of TIER-II Exam:
A. Part-I (MCQ/Objective type)
(i) General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability – same as in One Tier exam but with slightly higher level
(ii) Quantitative Aptitude – In addition to Arithmetical and Numerical Abilities as in tier-I with slightly higher level, there will be questions on data interpretation & Analysis.
(iii) General Awareness in addition to topics given for Tier-I there shall be question on history, culture, demography, geography & economy of Delhi, Administrative set up and Governance in NCT of Delhi, various schemes of Delhi Govt.
(iv) English language & Comprehension – same as in tier-I but with slightly higher level
DSSSB 2018 Selection Process :
Candidate’s selection will be based on the written examination. If you will get good marks in Tier-I examination then you will be shortlisted for the Tier-II round. However, if you will fail in the tier-I exam then you will not be selected for next round (as you know, this is the procedure of selection).

DSSSB Admit Card 2018 :
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has not released the examination date yet. According to the process, DSSSB Call Letter 2018 for MCD Primary Teacher examination will be released before 10 to 15 days of examination of the official website. Only those candidates will be applicable to download DSSSB Hall Ticket 2018 who will submit the DSSSB Application form with proper information.
DSSSB Exam Result 2018 :
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board examination department will release DSSSB exam result 2018 on the official website after 1 or 2 months of examination. However, there is no exact date declared by the DSSSB regarding the declaration of result. When the DSSSB Teacher Result 2018 will be announced for the selective examination, we will update here with an appropriate link.
